Our shipyard – where we build your boat

The production facilities for making our boats mainly includes pre-preg production. A short impression of our machinery:

• Separate pre-preg laminating workshop
• Zünd automatic pre-preg cutting machine with a cutting range of 2.50 x 1.80 x 0.05 meters
• A variety of ovens with a volume of up to 600 m3, for curing processes
• A large Autoclave of 6.50 x 2.20 meters
• A 25 x 4 meter flat vacuum table
• Professional 3D printers
• 5-axis CMS milling machine, with a working range of 5 x 2.50 x 2 meters
• A CNC waterjet cutting machine suitable for surfaces of 8 x 2 meters.
• Two large spray booths of 19 x 6 meters

We have all the machines and materials needed to build perfect foiling catamarans and trimarans. Our production process is optimized for series production or large advanced composite products.

Central location offers many possibilities

Our yard covers 4300 square metres, on a plot of 10,000 m2 and is situated next to a canal with access to the IJsselmeer. All boats manufactured by us can therefore be shipped directly, for example to a container terminal or directly on a ship. A trial run is also possible: the IJsselmeer is only a few kilometres away from our shipyard.

Lelystad is centrally located in the Netherlands and is easily accessible by all types of transport.

All our boats are made by hand and with a keen eye for detail by a dedicated team of sailing enthusiasts.
