Our Yard

A yard is the builders signature

Hence our ultramodern facility for the manufacture of state-of-the-art boats

In our philosophy, quality products can only be realized in a clean and organized environment. As a consequence, we invested in a state-of-the-art facility where each of our staff have a decent workplace with ample room and light, where a highly skilled and motivated workforce work efficiently in harmony on technically challenging products. And it is clean; we fight mess in the same way as we fight waste. We minimize waste, and whilst doing so we strive for a minimum impact on the local environment too.

From yard to factory

Where we produce your boat

Our production capabilities include prepreg production, both in or out-of-autoclave processing and vacuum infusion processes. We have a separate prepreg shop, a variety of ovens up to 600 m3 volume for curing purposes, a large 6.5×2.2m autoclave, a 25x4m flatbed vacuum table, professional 3D printers, a CNC waterjet cutting machine allowing processing of 8x2m parts, large spray cabins of 19x12m and much more; all optimized for low-volume series manufacturing of large advanced composite products.

Our 4200 square meter facility is located next to a water canal which facilitates direct shipping of all boats directly to local container terminals in the nearby area. Sea trialling can take place at the IJsselmeer or Markermeer, both just at a few kilometres distance from our facility.

Visiting us takes no more than a 45 minute eastbound drive from Amsterdam. A train ride from Amsterdam city centre also takes less than an hour and when possible, a regional airport for e.g. private jets is located at a 10 minute drive from our facility. We could sail from and to Amsterdam too.

Proud to be part of...

Dutch craftsmanship

Our country serves as an international centre of excellence of maritime engineering, innovation and technology. Leading operators are involved in the production, support and service of every type of seafaring activity from bulk carriers to research vessels, from salvage operations to drilling and exploration, and from super-ferries to superyachts.

All these organisations are renowned for quality, pride in craftsmanship and their ability to work together to achieve extraordinary outcomes. Our nation is well renowned for the general ability in small-volume component manufacturing

With our core team of 35 people we build state-of-the-art boats. The organisation is as flat as The Netherlands; there is no middle management, we prefer an informal yet professional setting. Our team includes trained engineers, purchasers, boat builders and team riders.
